Construction Management

As Construction Managers, Advantage Construction, Inc. is retained by the Owner to interface with the Design Professional and Subcontractors on various aspects of the work. The Construction Manager is actively involved in design review, construction, value engineering, and quality control as well as safety. Advantage’s professional staff is constantly monitoring all aspects of the project from design inception through construction and Owner occupancy. As the Construction Manager, we represent your interests exclusively. Architects, engineers, and subcontractors all know that as the Construction Manager, we are acting solely as the Owner's Representative.

C&A Architectural Design and Engineering is a full-service civil engineering firm, providing design for commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout New England. Our staff has extensive experience in a wide range of services, including design, site planning, permitting, and project management.
